These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wireless Store Tool website and services ("Services"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Wireless Store Tool builds quote and booking pages ("Growth Starter") for independent phone stores, repair shops, unlocking stores, and related businesses. Scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed in writing.

2. Pricing and payment

  • Growth Starter: $399 one-time, or $79/month.
  • All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a written agreement.
  • Monthly plans continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and any assets we need to build your tool.
  • Comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.
  • Do not use the Services to send spam, misleading content, or anything that infringes another person's rights.

4. Ownership

You own your business content (logos, photos, copy). We own the underlying platform, templates, and code used to deliver the Services. Once your project is fully paid, you have a perpetual license to use the deliverables for your business.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, lead volume, or revenue results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wireless Store Tool will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, for active customers, sent by email.
